Many studies have determined marketing as one of the most stressful occupations. Around 80% of those surveyed in one study shows they are understaffed and overloaded. Factors such as bullying, changes in the work environment, lack of support, and workload often cause work-related stress. Most of these can cause trauma or other mental health problems for an individual. Thus, seeing a therapist can help improve their current state.

2. Enforce a healthy lifestyle

Another technique to help you is by strictly following a healthy lifestyle. Go out and exercise, have a proper diet, and get enough sleep.
